I’m Tonya, and like many of you, my life is a book with many chapters.

I’m a happy wife, mother, daughter, sister, and a proud Nana and Mimi to seven grandchildren. I’m someone who has always found comfort in reading, writing, walking, decorating, planning, and creating calm out of chaos. My children are now young adults building their own lives, while the six littlest grandbabies keep our family gatherings lively and full of laughter.

When my husband and I married many years ago, we merged two households, six small children (five were ages six and under—imagine that!), a playful dog, a curious cat, and then started two growing businesses. A few years later, our nephew joined our home and our hearts. Through every move, every tiny bedroom, and every creatively repurposed storage nook, I learned what it meant to make a home functional, peaceful, and truly livable.

Those experiences eventually grew into Next Chapter Solutions—what has now become the largest team-based home organizing company serving Buffalo, Niagara County, and the Western New York region. What started as a one-woman effort has evolved organically into a compassionate, highly skilled team that shares the same mission: to create functional, sustainable spaces without judgment or pressure.

From day one, my goals have stayed the same:

✔ and to build a healthy, meaningful workplace for the amazing people who join our team

I’m grateful every day for the organizers who work alongside me… women who lead with heart, show up with integrity, and treat our clients’ homes with the same care they’d give their own families. Our company culture is grounded in trust, professionalism, and genuine connection. We laugh together, work hard together, and support one another through everything that comes our way.
